        I have a house on Osborn Island, LEH, and my shingle roof was destroyed by the Hurricane. I had several local roofers estimates that were extremely high priced. Seashore Construction replaced my entire 23 square 12/12 pitch roof in two days at a reasonable price. The workers were professional and cleaned up when done. I am a very satisfied customer.

        Not only is my NEW roof leaking, the crew [who were not professional roofers] destroyed the siding on my house. They had spiiled tar all over it and whatever they used to clean it off, it discolored the siding. They left nails in the driveway and one ended up in my tire. I also spent a good part of the day sweeping and cleaning up asphalt and cigarette butts off my property. To say I'm unhappy with this company is an understatement.

        The crew of Chuck and Louis, were very profressional, friendly, polite and very hard working. They arrived on time and left late, after cleaning up each day. A beautiful job was the result of their dedication to their craft. At this time I would recommend them for your needs.

        I used Seashore Construction to re-roof my Avalon property. They were responsive, professional, and did a quality job at a reasonable rate. The onsite crew completed the job quickly with minimal impact to the neighbors. They cleaned up the old roofing materials thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

        My company contracted out the fiberglass decking along with the rails and the roofing for an entire development of $300,000+ homes. Excellent service and competitive prices. Completed their work on the homes efficiently. I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future.

        I love my new home

        In 2008 I wanted to sell my shore home down in Ocean City, NJ but in order for me to do that I would have had to do some major remodeling and renovations. Seashore Construction added new siding, a new roof, and brand new white vinyl rails.



        Even during this recession my home sold quickly with a great profit.



        HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!



        The only reason that I rated 4 out of 5 is because of the weather. Days of rain pushed the completion time to three weeks. Although it wasn't their fault, I still feel like they could have put their priority into completing my home first.
