        Great Doctors. Horrible gatekeeper.

        Both Doctors are the best and are top in their field. Knowledgeable and takes their time to explain everything in great details. What a rarity it is to find that in any field...greatly appreciated! But lacking is their front desk/gatekeeper - lacking warmth and hard to find a smile or much of a personality other then a stern "what do you want?" look. Not pleasant in person or on the phone. Too bad the Doctor's staff does not reflect their warm and pleasant persona. SMILE. TRY TO BE NICE!
