AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It's been over three years, and this joker never finished a simple patio job. Here's just a few ways he screwed up...

1. I paid for dyed concrete. It was supposed to be dark grey. It was not dyed. Dave "made up for it" by dying the sealant.

2. I paid for flagstone stamping with a texture between the flagstone sections. Dave poured in three almost equal sections and stamped the entire middle third of the patio with texture.

3. Dave tore up my yard and my neighbor's yard, including pvc darinpipes, with his bobcat. He said he would fix it up. He did not. I fixed it myself.

4. Dave left several spills of concrete and rock in my yard. I removed it myself.

5. Dave said he would rewire some electrical line he cut during the dig. He did not. I had to have an electrician fix it.

6. Dave extended the patio underneath a wooden bridge that I specifically told him not to do, as I was planning on removing the bridge. Now I have a piece of patio that is completely unfinished.

Dave does not return phone calls and messages. I've been trying to get him to come out for over a year to at least do something about the unfinished section. He refuses to return a simple phone call.

This guy is an absolute crook, and I'm out over $8,000 because of his gross incompetence. Do not do business with him.
