Five Coates RV Park is a hidden gem of a place just east of Victoria on the south side of TX highway 59. For short or long stays you are in a great place convenient to the gulf coast and in good hands with the mangers. They are friendly, professional, and responsive to residents needs. Highly recommended!

Good location 25 miles to Point Comfort and 15 miles to Victoria. Just outside city limits of Edna. Worked out well for my family and job.

This is a really nice park very peaceful. Couple on staff are wonderful and very helpful. Will be back.

My husband and I travel for his work and we stay at a lot of rv parks. The staff here are very sweet and accomodating. Great amenities on site. Would stay here again if in the area and would recommend to a friend!
