The service here is absolutely deplorable. Do yourself, and your bank account (owner likes to double charge) a favor and never bring your motorcycle here. I dropped off my motorcycle for new tires. I did not get the tires that were agreed upon when I dropped off my bike and he also changed the low, but not done rear brake pad. He did this without even so much as calling me, then wanted me to pay him an extra $109.90. He took off $20 dollars as if that was any compensation. After leaving I realized on my receipt he added up $64.90 in brake parts, which I didn’t want or ask for, twice!

I returned a few days later as I was out of town for work purposes to try and atleast resolve the over payment of $64.90 he did nothing but cuss and scream at me. I told him it was really a civil issue and I really just wanted the 64.90 as I didn’t have to pay him for the rear brake pad at all. He continued to scream and cuss and tell me I couldn’t count and what was written on the receipt didn’t matter because he was right and I was stupid. He screamed he would see me in court because he loves that. This is where I said “I’m sure you must go a lot” which probably wasn’t necessary but I did. He then slammed $30 dollars on the counter and said there’s your $40.

As for my bike, the front wheel is not balanced and shakes while riding. My brakes did not work at all hardly because there was oil or a lubricant all over the rotors, front and back. I’m going to guess it’s fork oil because my fork is extremely soft now.

Long story short, don’t go here. Save yourself the money and time. The owner/mechanic is extremely unprofessional and will cheat and steal money from you, as well as leave your motorcycle in a much worse condition than it was when you dropped it off. I should’ve know when I dropped off my bike and he was rude but it’s a lesson learned. This place was recommended to me by someone else who had gotten tires there but I know for fact neither of us will return. Please avoid.

They have always taken good care of our touring motorcycles. Great people to do business with. The prices are the best in town.
