Italian Jim's Restaurant

My husband and I have been eating at Italian Jim's for over 3 years. It is our favorite pizza! They use premium ingredients and plenty of them. We have heard the pasta and other sandwiches are excellent but the pizza is so good, we have to get the pizza. The Edmond location is a gorgeous upgraded venue but we sure miss their Yukon location. Always had great service at both locations.

A friend of ours told us about this cool Italian restaurant adjacent to a glass blowing store. If you're lucky you can dine and watch the glass blowing take place. We thought we would try a new place for my birthday and looked forward to a new dining experience. Well, if you like the outdoorsy eating experience where you're constantly swatting gnats then this is the place for you! Seriously, this restaurant had a huge issue with little pesky flying bugs. We literally had to cover our food with our napkins and it probably looked as though we all had terets or seizures from constantly swatting the air. Our waiter noticed we were having issues and acknowledged the restaurant was just sprayed for the little creatures. First, he offered us a fly swatter, then he offered to stand and kill them for us, as if anyone wants someone doing a kill-happy clap charade around your head while you're eating. We then decided to switch tables hoping that would alleviate the issue. After moving all of our belongings, food, and drinks clear across the restaurant we soon realized the gnats were everywhere. None of us were able to eat. The waiter apologized and assured us he would get everythhing taken care of......for the next time we came to visit them. He then handed us our check and to-go boxes. No discounts, no comped dinner was offered, the manager never came out of their hiding spot, nothing!! Absolutely worst dining experience ever. I'm not one to complain, but this was so ridiculous that I am making it my mission to tell everyone on God's green earth how nasty this place is. Food was dry, service was awful, and the only thing that was blown were gnats and my husband's money!!
