Club Z In-Home Tutoring

This review is not about the tutors from ClubZ, Edmond. It is concerning the office personnel, particularly the woman I presume to be the owner or manager. Heaven forbid a customer asks for a detail of the billing. Ten days and still no resolution to my simple request to provide dates of tutoring services for most current bill charged to my credit card. Three times I was promised a call back to explain the billing I questioned, which the company representative said had been researched. No callbacks. Not only nonexistent customer service but outright lying. Unless you're content to pay without question whatever this ClubZ charges to your credit card, you should look at other tutoring providers.
