had a high priority package to be delivered which before i ordered was assured by the supplier that it would get to me way ahead of time.needed. there was one shipment with 2 boxes and it was on the truck out for delivery at 8:57 am the morning.

The package was needed for the next morning. to my surprise only one box was dropped off and it clearly stated from the shipper that a signature is required but it was just left at the front door of an apartment complex.

Waited all day and with talking to a couple of customer service reps that assured me that it will be delivered today. been tracking the other box and it returned to the UPS facility from 3:30 Pm and yet the agents were telling me that it will be delivered.

It sat at the facility from 3:30 Pm until 9 pm when the status changed to being delivered on Monday 3 days away. it was needed for Saturday morning 6 am. I am now forced to source the contents of the package locally at a higher cost and will be talking to an attorney to see what can be done with UPS dropping the ball on me.

If I had known that this supplier was going to use UPS I would have asked them to ship it Fedex to me at my cost.

I am very disappointed with UPS.

My package was on the truck ready to be delivered at 5:30 AM. I'm around the house all day due to the fact that the package was a high-value item. The tracking at 8 PM still said it was on its way so I decided to sit out on my front porch and wait for it because it would be coming at any moment. 8:29 PM The truck turns the corner speeds down my street doing about 30 and doesn't stop turns around and leaves. So I immediately check my tracking information and it says "undeliverable". So the driver just drove down my street in order to scan my package so he didn't have to get out of the truck and he could go back and go home. The kicker to the story is I had already filed a complaint immediately and about an hour later 9:30 PM what shows up at my door but the notice that he was supposed to leave saying he was there and he missed you. And he drove his personal vehicle! So he knew he got caught and he was trying to cover his tracks. This is the type of people that they hire.

ENJOY THE NEW UPS SERVICE INCLUDING: CHASING the DRIVER DOWN THE street through the neighborhood, (yes like a nut) to get a package or paying more money for redelivery. Or of course the New "Steller Service" of leaving 1 Delivery Attempt Notice and then hijacking your package to a UPS DROP LOCATION (aka a tiny convenience store called the 7-10 MART) next to the famous Yoans Garden "very easy to find, and yes I being sarcastic" on the corner of Worth and Green Street Woodbridge NJ 5.4 miles away in (ANOTHER CITY!) instead of bringing it back to the hub at Raritan, which is .4 miles away from my home, yes .4 MILES and where the truck has to go back to park for the night. But THEN there's also the option of paying $5.00 and waiting to get a second delivery attempt, Pay More, Wait More. Or BETTER YET Paying $40 a year to get the options they always offered for free, you know the ones, like getting your package on time at YOUR HOME, NOT the 7-10 MART. CRAZY CONCEPT I KNOW.
