Prior to joining the firm of Cahn & Parra, Mr. Goldstein headed the matrimonial department at Schneider, Goldberger, Cohen, Finn, Solomon, Leder and Montalbano in Kenilworth, New Jersey where he handled hundreds of matrimonial matters, including complicated issues relating to custody and child abuse. Ms. Wiebalk then accepted a unique invitation from a former client to become the Human Resources Director and Assistant Manager for the City of Englewood. During her time with Englewood, she was responsible for overseeing 10 department heads, 350 full-time employees and 150 part-time employees. Her responsibilities included overseeing all benefits and pension programs; all Notices of Claim, lawsuits, and workers compensation claims; all FMLA, FLA and ADA issues; and job-related changes of any kind. Further, she was responsible for providing or procuring training on a variety of topics including but not limited to sensitivity, diversity, customer service, leadership, and ethics and professionalism with a constant promotion of a “team” approach to leadership and an emphasis on consistency, transparency and fairness.
