Worst place to buy flowers for any festival... they are not professionals. Fraudulant promise of delivering lilly with rose but they didnt. Fooled us well. They are worst indians trained in fooling people

I agree with Valli. If I had read the reviews before I wouldn't have ordered flowers with them. Such a disgusting Customer Service. They don't deserve to run Business. They just charge you and are least bothered whether the items are reached on time. Even if we make calls they just ignore. Don't ever do business with them

THE WORST experience I ever had. I've ordered garlands for 'Shashtipoorthi' and the function is on Saturday in California. They promised me to deliver it on Thursday afternoon. We haven't received the garlands even on Saturday morning. When I called they said to check with the fedex, When I called the Fedex they said that the package is in Indiana and will come on Monday. I called Balaji Flowers and they said that they are checking with Fedex. I called them several times and left messages even today. They are not even taking my calls or responding to my email's. Left several messages. Will call the lawyer
