Amazing Smiles

Utterly unprofessional front desk staff. No one ever picks up the phone. Countless times I have called to schedule during business hours, and I only get answering service who are also frustrated. Last time when I showed up 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment, (after I confirmed the time/date), I was told that my appointment time was over. Another time, they left a message at my home, canceling a prescheduled appointment for my daughter which I had made months ahead at her last visit, and I have been trying to call them for over 2 months now to reschedule, but cannot get through the office. Frustrated, I have changed my dentist now.

I absolutely adore the staff here. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and my first visit there, I was told "It doesn't matter how it happened, all that matters is you're here now. We're going to get you better." My very first visit was two years ago, and after a struggle with medical coverage, I finally got back two years later.



I used to be afraid of the dentist. The last dentist I had a couple of years ago told me I was fat and that's why my teeth were bad. I was a child, and it wasn't anything to do with my weight. Dr. Schulman is absolutely wonderful. Both my mother and I have had extensive work done, and I couldn't have come to a better dentist. The staff is competent and polite and just wonderful. I have no idea why there are such negative reviews, because I have had such a great experience here, and have referred everyone I know to this office. well done.

If you don't not want to be traumatized do not go to this office I'm 34 years old in all of my life I've never experienced such horror.. that Dr should have his license taken away ...he pulled my tooth while I was screaming and I wasn't even numb ..so unprofessional...please safe yourself and go somewhere else

Omg I was so scared of going to the dentist....after coming to amazing smiles I'm not anymore Dr.Smilow & the front desk staff are amazing....best dentist office ever

So excited and happy Jen is back!! The girls that replaced her r such idiots definitely didn't know what they were doing!!! But all is good now cause Jen is back!!! Love this dentist office!!
