Sanchez Fence & Iron Works

I shouldn't even rate this business with one star. A clear thumbs down. No communication from owner after he took 1/2 of the money for the job. He said the job would be done in two weeks. It's been a week and a half and he hasn't even started. I have asked him to return $ if he's unable to do the work. He says he's already invested in material and will have the job finished. Now, I'm wondering what kind of work he'll do if any at all. I'm not even sure this is a tax paying registered business. Getting ready to file charges against him for breach of contract. Very dissatisfied.
