        HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

        SO, I CALL UP THESE PPL TO GIVE THEM BUSINESS.. JUST NEEDED CHAIRS & TABLES FOR A LAST MINUTE BBQ! ITS 15 TIL 5, I LIVE 3 MINS AWAY & THE FEMALE SAYS "NO WORRIES, WE'RE OPEN TIL 6!" I GET THERE 5 AFTER 5PM (TAKING MY TIME B/C SHE SAID 6PM) NO ONES AT THE FRONT DESK, THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION SIGN STATES SAT 9-5PM & THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! WHAT A LET DOWN!! IVE COORDINATED EVENTS & ALWAYS REFER PPL TO THIS PLACE, THEY COULD AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO GET THEIR SCHEDULE RIGHT OR ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! SO GIVE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
