Thompson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Harford County

We went there to get an oil change for our Jeep and have the tires rotated. When they were done, they told us they weren't able to rotate the tires because they were threaded on wrong?? And they basically broke one of the lug screws. They said they could fix it for about $95 because of labor and what not. So you mean I have to give you 95 bucks to fix something YOU broke? And I don't really think the threading was off, I've seen car places use those guns that make it easier to take the lug nuts off the tires, and that's how at a different place they broke one and misthreaded some other screws on our old car. And this happened right before the holidays, so now we have to find somewhere to take it, where it won't cost so much to fix something so small. And as for the labor, come on now, you guys have tools to make the "labor" easier. Back home, the guy who fixed it on our other car did it for $25, because all it is really, is a little screw you pop out and put a new one back in. I saw him do it, and it's was as difficult as they make it seem, you just need the tools. Not going back there again. Yes they may be friendly, but I don't need you to be my friend to fix my car. What kind of friend says " I broke ur car, but pay me money to fix it now."
