        I couldn't tell you if the pharmacy was efficient, friendly and/or a good experience. Because I was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and called someone else. You know I am a loyal Walgreens customer, and it is my favorite store of all time. But this store not so much, 20 minutes is unacceptable.
