The Pet Stop

We recently moved to the area and we were looking for a groomer to replace the one we (and our dog) loved for 8 years in GA. I was nervous because our dog is very attached to us and doesn't always play well with others. 😔 I made and cancelled the 1st appointment, even though several people told me Penelope's did a great job! So...we rescheduled and what a nice surprise! - Quick, friendly check-in
- all dogs in various stages of grooming were calm and happy
- 2 separate dog runs, and our dog was taken gently with no fuss to chill out there instead of in a crate
- adorable haircut, looks so slender!
- no drama reported, even about nail clipping
- staff took him out 3 times during visit to take care of business instead of being crated up.
