Yellow Cab Company

I was charged $12.85 to go 1 1/2 miles @5:55 am. They charged $2 extra to go before 6 am But fail to tell you until you arrive! Cabs are cheaper in NYC!! Also the cab smelled bad and seats were stained! Get a clue Easton Cab Company you can't charge outrageous prices for crap!! NEVER AGAIN!

EXPENSIVE!! Charged me $14 for a trip from my house to Easton which is about 2 miles. Apparently there is a $5 "bridge charge" even though the driver used the free bridge. He also hiked up my base fare to $6 when he thought I didn't notice. Such a rip off. If Uber was offered in my neighborhood I wouldn't have even called Yellow Cab. Next time I would rather walk in the cold! They do not even deserve one star.

Few weeks ago I called for a cab service and they take told me the wait time is 2 hours and then two hours later they never show up and never called me either.
they don't know how to use gps to get to my location I think. Bad service. I will never call them anymore. Their fare is Too high And they are too slow.

I just called to get an approximate price on a ride from Easton to music fest café in Bethlehem. the phone person was blatantly rude and would not answer any of my questions. I called another cab company and I got directed to them and she was even more obnoxious. It seemed like I was bothering her. Don't waste your time with this cab company just walk!!

I wish could say something good. But no.

But seriously, they are grossly understaffed, I waited an hour for service.

When I called no mentioned a word about restrictions, payment etc.

I get to the Lehigh Valley Airport and driver informs me they don't take credit cards, not just no AMEX, no credit cards period. Really?? A $70.00 fare and it has to be cash?

I'm suspicious at best. Don't use these guys, call another cab company there has to be someone better !!

Had to get to car shop to pick up my car. Early in morning no one to give me a ride. Afraid to take cabs coz of all the horrible reviews but I didnt have much choices. So I called this one coz they had NO reviews. Fig it was better than bad reviews. Lady on phone was pleasant, said cash only & cab will arrive in 10 mins. Wow, was at my house in 10mins. Driver was pleasant, got me where I needed to go, paid cash and got my car. Give this place a try. I dont use cab svcs often but for what I needed, they came through as promised.
