Pitchforks Nursery & Landscape

So terribly disappointed. Pitchforks has the absolute worse customer service imaginable. I called their office April 2010 and Laura came about two weeks later and gave me a quote to replace a tree in my yard. I have been calling since April to try to find out when it would be done. I spoke with Matt early May and he told me that my tree would be replaced before 5/8/10. The entire summer past and I had not heard from anyone at Pitchforks. At this point, I figured I would get it done the following year, very early in the season. I called at least three times a week starting 3/11 and my calls were never returned. A gentlemen finally answered the phone informing me that my many messages were received and I should rest assured that I was on the schedule and my tree would definitely be replaced by 6/5/11. It's now the beginning of July and I have yet to get a visit or a phone call or any other type of communication. A month ago I hired another company to redo all my beds, replace the tree and more. I am very pleased. The job was started as promised and completed in one day.
