Delorenzo's Italian Restaurants

ZERO STARS!My family went there for Mother's Day. We made a reservation a month ago. We ended up having to wait 35 minutes beyond our 5:30 reservation to be seated.The food didn't come out together. By the time the last person got their meal one person was already done with theirs. They had the fan on the air conditioner that blew right on us. Everyone ate with their jackets on. Then deserts were being served. The waitress went to one end of the table and asked who's is this? Since no one at that end ordered it they said it wasn't theirs. The waitress comes back and says "I don't want to sound mean but someone ordered this ice cream. Who's is it?" Hearing her, I said that's for my daughter. She then asks my daughter "then why didn't you tell me the first time I brought it out instead of making an A$$ out of me!" My daughter is 13 years old. And should of never been talked to like that. At this point a manager was requested (for the third time while there).That server should be FIRED!

A group from my Italian language class decided to go to dinner there. The service was absolutely lousy. We had to ask for bread and didn't get out food for over an hour after we ordered. It was a Monday night and there were only 5 tables of customers so it shouldn't have taken that long. The food was cold when it finally got there. The waitress was annoyed that we were speaking in Italian and we had to ask for silverware! Did she think we were going to eat with our hands? I was so embarrassed as I was the one that suggested the place since I live in Forks and had been there before. I don't think the owner was there that night. She needs to find better help who she can trust.
