Mid Shore Mechanical

Horrible customer service and shoddy work. The tech didn't properly finish the job (left 2 pipes disconnected) which in turn caused water to leak in my attic and into my daughters bedroom, messing up the ceiling and paint, also the insulation and wood in the attic are wet. When I called, I spoke with Susan Barklow, who said she was a partner in the company, and asked them to come look at it and fix it they wanted me to wait a week (with wet attic and ceiling - potentially growing mold and no air conditioning) When I asked them to come sooner because I didn't want mold to grow and cause health issues for me or my family (I am an asthmatic and we all have allergies) she told me she couldn't help me and then proceeded to tell me to just "file a complaint" if thats what I wanted to do because she wasn't going to help me any further. Hows THAT for customer service?
