Door Installation/Replacement

Drywall and Painting - During many home remodeling projects, drywall needs to be added or repaired, finished ready to paint. We can repair and finish it all, whether it be cracks from settling, dings and dents, replacing with new drywall, finishing the drywall, and priming and top coating the drywall.

The Carrion team includes specialists in framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheet rock and painting, etc., as well as people with multiple skills who can deal with unexpected needs as the job progresses. All members of the Carrion team were pleasant, good workers and people we trusted in our home even when we weren’t there. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very thoughtful of the fact that we had to live in the construction zone for 3 months.

Window Installation/Replacement
Windows and Doors - Carrion Home Repair is your Mid-Shore Pella Certified Contractor! We can get all of the major brands of windows and doors; from Pella, Andersen, Marvin, Kolbe, ThermoTru and many others. We understand how to measure, order, and install your doors and windows. We will seal the doors and windows to keep the wind and moisture out of your home. Vinyl windows can be added to replace old drafty single pane windows. We can also meet with the Historic Commission to successfully get new windows in many older homes.
Decks
This home had a second floor deck added. They liked it so much they had Carrion Home Repair add another on the opposite side of the house. These decks are framed with pressure treated 2x10's. The decking is gray evergrain (5/4 x 6in). The decking and columns are wrapped with "Azek". A window was removed and an exterior door and Pella storm door was added.
Siding
This home had a second floor flat room that had a small hole in it. The resulting damage claimed two large casement windows, all of the exterior siding, insulation and drywall. The entire side of this house was completely repaired and painted.

Exterior Painting - power washed the exterior to remove the old finish, primed it and applied two top coats.
Carpentry
In the summer of 2017, we bought an existing home in Easton to which we wanted/needed to make many small changes, as well as total redo’s of two bathrooms and relocating the laundry. Most of the house was repainted, carpet was replaced with laminate and a split-ductless AC was installed. We had a good amount of electrical, plumbing, tiling and carpentry work done. To make matters more interesting, we were frequently travelling to Massachusetts and back when the work began and living in the house during the 3 month project. 9 hour drives with spotty cell phone reception made communication challenging.
