McDaniel Animal Hospital

i had an app. for my cat today friday at 9.30. I called them at 9.05 to check if it was ok to take my cat for surgery even though my cat ate today. the guy told me, yes you can bring the cat.
So, i drove 20 minutes to get there. i was there at 9.30.
The door was closed and there was a note that said: 9:10, i'll be back at 9:30.
So, i just talked with this guy, and i told him, i'm on my way. how could he just leave. he knew i was coming.
I waited until 10.05 and a woman smoking cigarrette opened the door, i told her i was waiting outside for half an hour and... i couldnt understand a word she told. I went inside with my cat, i loooked everywhere and honestly it didnt look clean at all.
I told her my app. was at 9.30 today, and she told me, not your app. was yesterday. Absurd because the only day that i could come was today friday., and when i called monday, i called twice to change my app. from 9 to 9.30. So... she told me: yeah, whatever whatever, very rude she threw a white paper to me... i guess she wanted me to write something.
Btw, when i called them on monday, to schedule the app. she didnt ask me for my name or phone number or anything and... i even asked her, do you need my name or something?, and she told me, not, you just have to come.
Ofcouse, I left that place as soon as she threw me the paper.

I would not and i will not go back there again, unclean, irresponsible, bad attitud, bad customer service, that is not how you do business.

and it's not a 24 hrs service.

I clicked on one-star only because zero stars wasn't an option.

We took our kitten to McDaniel, not realizing we would never see our little boy alive again. There are no words to describe the shock, sorrow and deep hurt - turning to extreme anger. The state veterinary board needs to do the right thing and prevent the hurt from being inflicted on other families.
