UPS

An absolute dishonest, lazy, and rude staff. Three years ago I encountered a UPS driver a ½ mile from a relative's home, parked in the lane. I told the driver to look where he parked (and he was parked illegally) he gave the finger, jumped into in the van & sped off spraying rocks into my windshield.

Not long after a UPS delivery was supposed to be delivered to the relative's address but UPS black-balled the address for delivery as I had reported the driver to the police.

I called UPS corporate to resolve issue. To get package delivered East Syracuse UPS sent a large black man to "deliver" the package. The man did not come to the address in a UPS vehicle nor wearing a UPS uniform. He tried to intimidate me on my property. I signed for package but refused to give it to me. I told him I would not answer his questions & he became threatening. I told him to leave the property & HE REFUSED. When he got in his car, he sat in my driveway, staring me down.

I videoed the entire encounter.

I worked with ups over this past Christmas rush season. No one seems to appreciate how these guys are out in any weather to make sure people get their package. Not to mention having to deal with rude people, ice covered sidewalks, dilapidated stairwells locked fences and gates and supposedly harmless dogs. I myself walk by one of these supposedly harmless dogs. When I turned around to go back to the truck I was bitten. They had four holes in the back of my leg. So do things happen to packages sometimes? Yes. NO ONE is perfect.

I went to pick up a package and left with it, thinking it was my vacuum. I get home and it's a TV... I should have checked the name on the box, but really? Should I have had to do that? Totally incompetent.

If you want your package abused, use UPS. For the second time in a row a driver has rang to be let into my building. I buzz to him in and he throws my package up the stairs. Never mind it may be fragile. I did contact UPS via their web site and was promised a reply email and have yet to hear anything. I also contacted Amazon since I buy a lot of stuff through them, hoping they might be able to do something about this.

For the 2nd time, UPS has failed to deliver a package which means I have to drive 40 minutes to go pick it up. Fed Ex has no problems delivering my orders. UPS is incredibly incompetent.

the worst service ever. they refuse to deliver a package because of a storm that occured 2 days ago. When I asked to speak to a manager at the east syracuse office they hung up.
