Beware of extra fee’s! We called dispatch and asked if they had any availability between 3pm-4pm. The dispatcher said they did have availability and would more than likely delivery right at 3pm. 4pm rolls around without any sign of a truck. We then received a phone call from the dispatcher asking if we still wanted a delivery… Well of course we do. We’ve had all our guys sitting around for an hour waiting! At about 5:15pm the truck finally showed up. In the end, we were charged a $50 late delivery fee because the delivery took place after 3:30pm. When we originally asked for a delivery between 3pm and 4pm there was no mention of the additional fee at all. Just be very careful about when you order from this company. They will try to get you with additional fee’s if they can.
