Traditionally I have always gone to my local, around-the-corner mechanic to get work done on my car. So when I bought my car I was hesitant about going somewhere else. Wow was I in for surprise! :) Making a service appointment was a snap. Rather than waiting up to 2 weeks at my other place, they had me in the same day. While I waited I got free beverages and ice cream! The cashier was very personable and asked if I was warm enough due to the opening and closing of the doors. SO SWEET. After my oil change, the mechanic did a quick look over on my car after I explained some concerns I was having...and he not only found the problem, he explained it in layman's terms so I didn't feel like I was being talked down to. You better believe I went back to have the work done...and each time they vacuumed out the car :) LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!
