My wife and I went in to take a look at a few places for my sister's wedding. This was one of them. The owner was very helphul and patient. The other staff seemed very nice too. I did not get anything there but my wife did. Although it was a nice experience, my wife did have issues with the seamstress. The lady did not follow through with what my wife was asking for. My wife wanted the dress to fit tighter and instead she made it wider? Not sure if it is the language barrier since the lady many times asked us what we meant because she did not understand the word. My wife ended up taking it somewhere else and we were pleased there. Nice store, nice sataff but the only flaw is the assistance of the seamstress.

Helene's was GREAT!!!! and dresses here were so beautiful, ana the owner was so polite and she knew exactly what i wanted. Ask for their exculsive lines if you dont want a dress that everyone else bought, im from RI and the last three weddings i was in all gowns were from maggie. Brides on a budget beware this place is not budget friendly and will cause you to spend more because of their beautiful gowns.

The ladies here were great, went in with my mother in law because my mom was not able to make the appointment and the staff here was great and very helpful. Although i did not buy my dress here yet, i would just like to thank helenes for a wonderful experience.

THEY FORCE YOU TO KEEP YOUR DRESS THERE!!!SEAMSTRESS JEANINE DOES NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. I HAD TO GO ABOUT 5TIMES FOR FITTING BECAUSE SHE TOOK IN IN THE WRONG PLACES AND ALL I ASKED HER WAS TO HEM DOWN THE BOTTOM OF DRESS. WHEN ASKING HER QUESTIONS SHE NEVER GIVES YOU A YES OR NO ANSWER. POOR QUALITY SERVICE AS A TAILOR. FINAL FITTING,I JUST WANTED TO GET MY DRESS OUT OF THERE. I HAD TO TAKE IT SOMEHWERE ELSE BECAUSE THE HEMMING WAS OFF ON ONE SIDE. HORRIBLE!!!!PEOPLE, BECAREFUL. THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS SEEM VERY NICE LIKE THE ASHLEY GIRL BUT THEY ARE ALL PUSHY AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL UNCONFORTABLE IF YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING THEY DONT WANT YOU TO DO. OWNER APOLOGIZED MANY MANY TIMES..SHE EVEN TOLD ME SHE WILL FIND ME ANOTHER SEAMSTRESS IF HERS DID NOT DO THE RIGHT JOB AGAIN.SHE IS VERY NICE BUT THE REST OF THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE ONLY WAY I WOULD GO BACK WOULD BE IF SHE GOT RID OF HER WHOLE STAFF ESPECIALLY HER SEAMSTRESS!!BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!OVER PRICED FOR A POOR QUALITY JOB. SHE ALMOST RUINED MY BEAUTIFUL DRESS. NEVER AGAIN!

Just bought a Tony B prom dress from this place with my mom and sister. They were great here and the dresses are so beautiful. The prices here are kinda expensive, but totally worth it.

Absolutely stunning dresses, they have every style imaginable and there service is well beyond expected. If you can’t find your dream dress here you won’t find it anywhere else. The staff here is very helpful and the dresses are pure designer couture. Avg price points from what I noticed were around $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 def bring your wallet. Would recommend this bridal boutique to any of my friends and anyone who asks. My dress is a Tara Keely bridal gown... apparently designed by Lazaro. I love you Helene's and Ana was the best!!!

The staff at Helene’s was incredible, they knew exactly what I wanted and stayed within my price point. The girls here were very helpful and were very knowledgeable. I was a bride on a budget and they were very helpful in not only choosing my bridal gown but my bridesmaid’s dresses as well. I loved going there for my fittings and enjoyed the atmosphere. I would give this boutique more stars if I could. Thank you you so much.

When I went dress shopping this past summer at Helene's I was very happy. I was there for 3 hours with the sales consultant Ashley, who was very helpful. After 3 hours I had found my dress. They sold me the sample for a fair price and I was very excited. After making payments over the course of a few months..I went into the salon to make my final payment and pick up my dress and veil. I wanted my dress to be home in a closet where I know it's safe, especially since I paid a lot of money for it. God forbid the salon went out of business or had a fire before my wedding..I would be out of luck,,so I wanted it safe at home. Well the blonde who is in her 40's was giving me such grief for wanting to take my dress home..I was so uncomfortable. She asked "Are you bringing it somewhere else for the alterations?" I replied "No..I'll be bringing it back for that.. I just want to have it home." Then Ashley came out who was still nice, but had the same attitude as the other lady. "But you know you paid a storage fee right? This is going to be put away where there are no pets or hands touching it right?" They made me feel crazy for wanting to take my dress home..something I paid for! Then when I told her I was going to order my bmaids dresses online they both were like "You trust that? No one will touch them to alter them if you order them online." Then when I got my dress..the tag on it said $150 alterations fee...which is what I was verbally told before..and it was written on the sales slip. Now all of a sudden I'm told that it's probably going to be more than $150. WHAT? I was quoted a price, you can't just change that. They were so unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable. I will def be calling around to other salons for alterations. I am so glad I got my dress out of there!

Came in from boston, looking for a Comobella Dress which they had in stock. Thier service there was wonderful, ive been to many bridal boutiques in Boston and have found this boutique to exceed all of my expectations. Not only were the dresses they carried gorgeous but the level of attention given to thier customers was definitly there. You could see it in every girls face there when i had my fitting that they felt like a princess. I truly do recommend this boutique to all brides looking for either an exculsive collection or just for once wish that price would equal service. For those wondering "where the hell did customer service go?" It has definitely not left this store. Thank you Helene's for a wonderful experience!
