Hertz

This place is a complete scam. Should have stuck with Enterprise but due to a car accident needed a rental and this was my only option for a car right away. A week and a half after returning the car I was charged a $300 cleaning fee because they claim someone smoked in the car. They even described where ashes has been all over the dash, drivers seat and cup holder. Neither myself or my wife smoke so it's impossible the vehicle had ashes from cigarettes in it. Went in to talk to them and had to wait for the manager to tell me they won't do anything. They must get bonus or commission off all the extra fees they charge

The store manager will pressure you into adding additional services that you do not need. I was so confused what I was getting after a phone conversation with the store manger. It turned out that I had a charge on my credit card for $275 for something he said I agreed to that I did not agree too or need. When I called he was rude and not willing to work with me at all. I will never rent from another Hertz company again.
