I'm writing to commend Mr. Frankie AIi, who performs towing services for Cobble HillSuper Service in Brooklyn.Last night, when our car "died" as my wife and I were driving in Brooklyn, I called AAA torequgst a tow truck. Adding to the problem was the fact that our stalled car was blockinganother vehicle, preventing its driver from moving for more than an hour. When Mr. Ali-arrived, he helped to move our car so that the other vehicle could leave. He then spentconsiderable time and efforl trying several different methods to restaft our car. When theseattempts failed, he towed us back to his station.Throughout his time with us on a dark and rainy night, Mr. Aliwas extremely pleasant, good-humored, and reassuring. Needless to say, I hope my car doesn't break down again, but ifit ever did, there's no one l'd rather see coming to my rescue than Frankie Ali.
