Sears Window Replacement

I signed up for an oil change at 2:00 on Saturday and when I first arrived, there were very few cars in the bays. The gentleman before me was told it would be a one hour wait. I was next in line, and he said since I scheduled a time that I would be before him. I figured it would be an hour, at the most. After 2 hours, my car was not even on the lift. I asked the manager and he said they would do it shortly. Another 15 minutes went by, and I asked him again. He said they would do it shortly. After 2 1/2 hours they finally put it on the lift and it took another 1/2 hour. After scheduling a time online, it took 3 hours to get an oil change!!!! I will not go back.

The only reason I gave one star is because none wasn't an option. The first register I went to check out at I waited 10 mins, while the cashier attempted to ring up another customer. I left to go to another register. After a few minutes the person in front of us was done, I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a Sears card and save $15. I got declined for the card despite above average credit. No discount was offered. Then the cashier rung up an item that was $19.99 for $29.99. She said she couldn't change it without a manager so she called the manager. 5 customers behind us went to other registers and all were done before the manager even got to the register. When he finally arrived he said he needed to confirm the price. We had just waited at least 20 minutes for him to arrive and didn't want to wait any longer so we told the cashier to just remove it. Worst experience I've had in any store in a long time.
