I love Hillcrest massage therapy!! I have been fighting anxiety and depression for years and had tried all kinds of medications, which for me made my condition werst. I decided to get off the meds and try meditation and massage. After trying different massage therapists at different places, I found that Hillcrest massage therapy was the best. The skill level of Amy and her staff has been excellent. Amy s calm and wonderful demeanor and her wonderful massage skills have helped me immensely to cope with my anxiety and depression. I can say that Hillcrest massage therapy has literally helped to save my live.
