First Step Nursery School

I would not recommend this school to any parent out there. Ms. Gina O'Connor took advantage of me and also my special needs child. She made me pay for services that my child did not receive. I really and truely thought this school was going to help me child and get him going in the right direction. All this school wanted to do was to send my child home as quickly as possible so avoid his special needs problems. All I can say to you Gina O'Connor is shame on you. You and only you will have to answer for your wrong doing when the time comes. Just fair warning to other parents out there she will take advantage of you and your family just like she did mine and think nothing of of it. Shame on you Gina!!!

First Step is an amazing school, they practice healthy routines and they are very well organized. The school came highly recommended to me through anyone I had asked seeking for the right school, and it has upheld every recommendation that I have received. It was rated the best by Other schools & even the Springfield guidance clinic highly recommends the school. It has helped to mold my now five-year-old into some really good structure, and has filled his wanting to be independent. The teachers are amazing and very helpful and so is the owner, she has been in business for a long time and I see why! I would recommend the school to anyone, and I look forward to both my other two sons attending as well!!

This school is awful. The owner is rude and abrupt with the parent's. The teachers are nice and caring but overall I feel you can get better care for your child elsewhere. The school is overpriced as well.
