Overall

Service has really gone down in the past couple of years. The new design is terrible as well. Food is always good, but the staff needs to either be trained better or replaced.

Great Service

I had dinner the other night at Chili's in East Haven, CT and had a great meal with

very good service. Our waiter was a young man by the name of Kyle Bridgman who

provided the best customer service I have had in a long time.

Founded in 1975, Chili s Grill & Bar is a chain of restaurants with a location in East Haven, Conn. The restaurant s chicken special includes tacos, margarita grilled chicken, chicken crispers, Cajun chicken pasta and Monterey chicken. Its seafood menu offers shrimp, salmon and tilapia. The restaurant additionally provides several party platters of lettuce wraps, boneless buffalo wings, fajitas, grilled baby back ribs, turkey sandwiches and house salad bowls. Chili s Grill & Bar also serves the local communities and offers sponsorships for various organizations that include St. Jude Children s Research Hospital. Its starters menu includes Awesome Blossom, nachos, boneless shanghai wings, and spinach and artichoke dips. The restaurant also serves soups, salads, steaks, quesadillas, burgers and desserts.
