Save-A-Lot

i went to the save-a-lot in east hartford today and was in line behind about six ppl. after waiting about ten mins two registers opened and instead of the cashiers taking the next person they just started ringing up ppl that just walked up. i told one cashier that they should think about taking the next customer that has been waiting. her response was yeah, well we don't do that here. i said well i work in customer svc and if a cust brings something like that up we don't argue back, we listen and thank them and tell them we will pass it on tm the mgr. she then said, yeah, well every place is different. so i said yeah, well there are also ppl that know how to handle customers and those that don't , like u! that will be my last trip there. i'd rather save nothing!
