New England Chimney Inc

I had used this company back in 2009 for a chimney cap to be replaced. I found out later when another worker was up there from a different company that the replacement job was not of the best quality and the new cap had been put over the old one because the person didn't want to take a screw out.



HOWEVER, the wind blew my chimney cap off the other night and I called New England Chimney again and they have all NEW STAFF and the service and quality was FANTASTIC. They gave me a brand new cap and there was NO charge. I would hate to see this company's reputation damaged by one bad employee who has long been weeded out. The staff they have now is spectacular, friendly, and provided quality service. I would not hesitate to use them again now.
