        Good staff but bad company practices

        I have rented for quite a while but am seeking a move. The staff change fairly regularly but are decent to deal with. They used to have a 1 year lock in on the rate but eliminated it and changed to a 6 month. This is so that they can increase your rate every 6 months roughly 10% and rest assured they will without fail. Your only alternative is to rent a different unit the same size and move all your stuff on the very day of your renewal. The staff advise there is nothing they can do about it...company policy/corporate directive. If you need space for more than 6 months, keep looking. These folks are not interested in long term tenants. They want continual increasing cash flow on the backs of current clientele. Folks are now forewarned.
