Hampstead Dry Cleaners

These people don't have a clue. I brought them my suit which needed a seem restitched and there was a large stain from melted gum. I didn't think the gum was that big of a challenge. Okay, so they had it for a week and a half and I get a call saying my suit was all set. I arrive to find they have stitched up the jacket well, however, they did not get the gum out. There was some note saying that they were afraid to try more or they might ruin the color?? Well if it doesn't come out, it is ruined anyway. So They repaired the seam, and dry cleaned a suit that was ruined. Wouldn't you try to remove the gum and if it wouldn't come out, call and ask? When I called them on it, they accepted no responsibility, and didn't get the issue.



Very poor, not impressed with their customer service.
