Regency Hospital - Northwest Indiana

My mom stayed at this hospital in East Chicago, IN. The nursing staff and cna's was great can't complain one bit about them, however the Discharge and Case Manager Jenn gave us the worst experience ever. I would never refer anybody to this facility, only because Jenn would give them bad information for checking out, nothing was done properly, wasted time, work pay and gas because of this lady. Jenn had my mother checked out way to early and now she have to do out patient surgery that won't be monitored by nursing staff, I have to watch her now and make sure she don't bleed out. Her medicine was not ready, so she had to go home without all of her medicine. This was the worst experience ever, thanks, to Jenn
