Stone Age Tile

I have done business with them for years and was always happy til recently. i went in to get a price on cabinets. The long and annoying story cut shorter is simple. I kept getting empty promises to give me a quote. I kept calling after I would not receive the quote only to be ignored. More of the same for a couple of days with promises to call me back. Then I actually was able to get on the phone and Anwar said to me that I can wait a few days, its no big deal to me but he has to deal with customers. Well being that every day I wait is money out of my pocket I prefer not to. But he promises me again on Monday (that was Saturday) saying Monday will be slow and he will have time. Now I brought him in the exact cabinets and layouts all I need was the price. Well Monday came and went and still nothing. iwent into the store Tuesday as I still needed the tiles i had picked out. I literally was ignored for over half hour. he was on the phone but no other employee asked if i needed help. Anwar got off the phone and didnt bother approaching me. Extremely unprofessional and for no reason. I have given them a lot of business and to be treated like this is very disappointing.

We had such a horrible experience working with Stone Age. It was a complete nightmare from start to end. They are extremely irresponsible people to work with. They are liars. They wd not communicate anything with you and then have gutts to lie. I caught them several times with proof but they DIDNOT accept their mistakes. They messed up everything. Horrible experience!

I went in for a custom door saddle threshold thing. I was told it would take 4-5 days. The price seemed reasonable, but I have nothing to compare it to so I don't really know.



Well it's now been over 4 weeks and they still don't have it. I've visited numerous times and they say it's coming. I call all the time and they never pick up the phone.



Ridiculously horrible service. If every customer was treated like me, they'd be out of business. I'm done dealing with their sh*t and lies. Now I have to find another store that can make a custom piece for me. They wasted a month of my time.

The store has the best price compared to Lowes and Home Depot for granite counter tops. They offer a vast collection of items and have package install prices that are unbelievable. The quality of the products are high and the installation is very fast adn professional.

It is the most convenient store for the tiles. They have thousands of different items and the prices are unbelievable.. They don't sell second quality products like Home Depot but their prices are as good as Home Depot..
