        I have a tar and gravel roof. Their quoted price for applying a rubberized coating product was good and they were prompt at responding to my questions before work began. Work began and that’s when the problems began. They work was not done cleanly. I have some spots of the rubberized coating on my brand new patio furniture. There are runs of this coating all over my white flashing. These items would have been overlooked had my roof not continued to leak. In fact, my roof is leaking more now than before they did any work. They have been out twice to try to correct the issues. The problems have NOT been resolved and they no longer respond to my emails nor phone calls. It seems that their phone is disconnected or they’ve blocked my number from being able to call.
