Excellent customer service. My fajitas were incredibly delicious. The icy margaritas were the best!

Provided by SuperpagesHave been there many times, excellent food always. Drinks may be a little pricey, but where are they cheap? Had lunch a while back for two without any drinks, 12 bucks! good too!

I would not call this "Mexican" food. perhaps Mexican style - or Mexican influenced. Strange - is the best way to describe it. Ingredients were not fresh. the bland salsa tasted as if it was from a can that sat in the fridge a few days too long. the pineapple salsa was made with canned pinapple and very little else. the Mexican coleslaw tasted metallic (not sure how they managed that) the enchiladas tasted of honey (just strange). The tamale - was just corn bread with meat on top and canned jalapenos. The steak taco was okay except for the gristle. the Mexican rice was just minute rice with some spices added - the over all lack of fresh vegetables and cilantro made for a very disappointing experience. i suppose if you went there to drink and just had a few appetizers - you wouldn't really mind. If you want real Mexican food - try Margaritas in Batavia.

Provided by SuperpagesI travel throughout the US, coast to coast 25 times a year doing medical laser training, I love Mexican food, I look for it when I travel. I live in East Aurora and I do declare that contrary to the negative comments I have read here, that Arriba food is original, delicious and would easily win honors in national taste competition. The waitress Kaylie (sp) is also excellent. I have heard though that the service can be slow.. but the wait is well worth it. Rachael Ray, please come visit and help me out here... Dan Little

Provided by SuperpagesAfter reading the description for Arriba it couldn't be farther from the truth. I had tried it before when it opened and was unimpressed. BUT, it did just open so I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I had a $25 off coupon so it was worth another shot. You couldn't pay me & feed me for free to go back. On my 2nd encounter here the young girl who seated us was extremely friendly. It ended there. It took our server 10 minutes to come to the table. We placed our entire order at that point. He came back to tell me they didn't have a certain tequila to make my margarita. THIS IS A MEXICAN RESTAURANT. I ask for no salt & got salt. It came in a rock glass. Hello? It was on the rocks and not blended. Took him another 10 minutes to bring chips & another 5 for the salsa. Rice & beans were cold & he never came back to the table. Oh yeah that margarita cost $9.50. After he brought the bill he left the plates for me to sign my credit slip on top of instead of clearing them. Good luck!
