i have never been so unappreciated! Britney is who has done my hair and she tried to work other people in at the same time and in most case that is fine if your color is processing or something. One time, this chick popped in and Britney asked me if I minded if she applied color to this other gal BEFORE she cut my hair...big mistake. I sat there for 45 minutes while she foiled this girl's entire head...any time I needed my hair done I called and she was never available and they will not go out of their way to work past 5p and they are not open on the weekends.
