Palmetto Health Baptist Easley

I must say that this is one of the worst hospitals I know of. My sister-in-law had a baby there in January 2009 & her doctor let her suffer all day, from 6 am until 11 pm trying to have a conventional birth. Needless to say she needed a c-section because the baby wieghed 10 pounds. This quack had already told her the baby was very large yet, refused to do a c-section until my brother raised the pits of h***. Even more recently, my fiance had a heat stroke. We had no choice but to take him to that hospital. We arrived via EMS. They didn't give him a gown to put on despite being soaking wet. They gave him a sheet to cover up with. Three bags of fluids and three vials of blood later and we now owe $2,533 to the ER and $686 to the ER doctor who was in the room for 9 seconds, literly (I timed him)! All he said was "Your blood tests are back, You're fine. A nurse will bring your release papers." And then he left. He didn't ask if my fiance was doing all right, if he felt nausiated, or if he had any questions. Also they refused to answer his questions about aftercare.



Avoid this hospital if at all costs!!!
