Thunder Valley Horses

I'd give this place no stars if I could. My old horse was sold and taken there. He was there for two months with his young owner, and I ended up having to rescue him to save his life! He dropped about 200 lbs in two months, was crippled by the farrier they recommended, and dehydrated when I brought him home. The the barn owner had the nerve to SCREAM at us when we picked him up that the horse was in great shape....apparently seeing every vertebrae and rib is healthy? This horse who was quite an athlete when he was sold, is permantly damaged. Due to either lack of knowledge or lack of caring, or lack of ability to educate a young person on how to care correctly for a horse. In any case, I blame the barn since the owner was young, and being the 'experienced' barn owners they should have stepped in when they saw this horse deteriorating. I've got the before and after pictures to prove what they let happen to this horse!
