        I had to repeat myself three times in the drive-through because the order-taker was not a native English speaker. Then when I asked for sweet and sour sauce at the pick-up window the person there (also with poor English skills) handed me a hot sauce packet, and then said it would be an additional 25 cents. Since when does one have to pay additional for condiments? Perhaps in whatever countries these workers ran away from. Whatever money McDonald's is saving by employing these people is lost due to poor customer service driving away patrons. Store # 29004
