Divine Salon

Have been going to this salon for almost a year they have cut my hair, colored my hair and cut my kids hair. Always easy to get an appt. and have even walked in without one and been seen. No complaints here.

First impressions are everything. This was the worst cut that I have ever received in my life. I would assume from an upscale boutique salon that the hairstylist would be experienced enough to know what looks good with face structures, hair textures, ect. After the cut, I had to point out several pieces of my hair that needed to be corrected. After the cut, although I wasn't entirely pleased, she did nothing to try to have good customer service. She acted like she didn't care if I left pleased or not. Awful customer service. Never returning.

I sat in the salon for at least thirty minutes patiently waiting to be acknowledged, multiple employees walked past me, never asking if I required their services. Mind you, I was the only costumer there, so there was absolutely no reasonable excuse other than lack of professional, customer friendly environment.
