Springfield Apartment Homes

During my initial visit at Springfield I was slightly impressed with the prices but realized it was because the apartments were so small. I looked into other reviews ALL of which said to stay away! Rude office staff and bug infested. The first leasing agent who did my application was very nice and helpful. However, when I went back with my boyfriend to view the apartment again and request to see a 2 bedroom...the second leasing agent who seemed so nice was actually very sassy. She talked down to my boyfriend when he simply asked how many 2 bedroom units were available by stating "I thought we already went over this? I have to have my computer in front of me."

Then she turned to me and wanted to show me another 2 bedroom! Can we say crazy and RUDE! I immediately lost interest in the place and realized all the reviews must be dead on! If the office staff is rude before you even sign a lease how will they be when you actually do? No thanks!...Glad I realized it before it was too late! Can't comment on the bugs..I didn't see any. But roaches ususally come out at night!
