If I could give less than one star I most certainly my would. I came to support my friend and arrived after her she had apparently been mistreated before I arrived and shortly after I felt the same.
I was not greeted with a goodmorning instead Amanda the most rude and disrespectful receptionist I have ever met yelled out “I.D” into the waiting area. None of the patients were sure who she was talking to because she did not address anyone. Also while my friend was completing her paper work Amanda yelled out again “are you done yet? Because you need to hurry up”. By this point I was beyond pissed and request to speak with the office manager.

The office manager came to the window about fifteen minutes later after I’m sure Amanda went back to explain and justify her rudeness. The manager had the exact same demeanor it was like a horror movie! I kindly introduced myself and was brushed off, I explained to her how Amanda failed to greet me and how her professionalism with nonexistent. The manager rolled her eyes and informed me that it was an Abortion Clinic as if I should be okay with my friend and I being treated like trash.

I expressed how amazing the doctor is but noted the reviews on this place for having low rating due to the office staff. I told her that this was a sensitive place and people should be treated better. She shrugged me off, told me I could leave with threats of calling the authorities.

Why would you even say that you would call the police? My voice was at a low tone I was respectful and professional. She was completely supporting Amanda’s behavior and showing me that her was worse. I asked was the doctor aware of this treatment ? She told me he does not get involved which makes perfect sense to why this place is being ran a muck!

My friend told her she was a paying patient and did not like the treatment of the staff. The manager then asked her to leave as well!!!

How is this place still operating ?!
