        Overall

        I couldn't be happier!



        There was no non-sence about the quote (other companies were very vague in their quotes). I was expecting there to be water damage that would need extensive repairs - and they could have just told me that - but these guys were honest, professional workers.



        Although they recommended their own custom door (which I now wish i had gone with), they were willing to let me take advantage of a sale at Lowe's and even picked up the door on the morning of the assignment. In fact, I was supposed to have called them to make final arrangements about the door pick-up and arrival time - but I completely forgot due to an unusually busy week -



        But guess what - the president of the company called me the night before to confirm arrangements, which helped keep everything on schedule without any glitches! I expected additional cost for materials needed to complete the work, but was pleasantly surprised by such a minimal amount.



        They had to buy a full roll of aluminum, but they only charged me for the amount used on my project - that means a lot to a customer to feel like the company has my best interest at heart.



        They took care of some minimal damage and replaced the door with better trim and such so that it would be water tight going forward. Randy was especially particular about doing the job right and he works to very high standards.



        His assistant John was a diligent worker and stayed on task. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am that I went with Craftsman Direct.



        I will use them on any future work and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.
