        This business is a total nightmare. If they don't lose your stuff they will assuredly ruin it. It's exorbitantly expensive and avg about 1 wk to get your clothes back. Recently spent 11.00 for them to destroy a 100.00 cashmere scarf. After trying repeatedly over the course of 1 month to reach out to them about it the manager offered me "store credit." After losing multiple much beloved items to City Cleaners I now drive all of my dry cleaning to Farmington. Buyer beware.

        Two times I was quoted one price, and then charged a much higher price upon pickup. The ticket they give you when you drop off your items does not include price, so you are left to argue. Also I once brought in 2 zippered items and both zippers didn't work after cleaning. They did fix both zippers, tho. Prices are ridiculously high. Would not recommend this business

        i BROUGHT IN MY SHEEPSKIN. i WAS TOLD THEY HAND WASH IT. IT CAME BACK IN 6 PIECES, THEY STILL CHARGED ME, THEY WERE VERY DIFFICULT WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP, WAS TOLD IT WAS MY FAULT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER TOWN RATHER THAN DEAL WITH THEM

        Terrible Customer Service!

        Terrible! I would travel the distance to go out of town to avoid using City Cleaners. I paid $180.00 to have 12 drapes cleaned, 8 of them came back destroyed! The lady at the cleaners argued with me and denied they caused the damage. They were returned to City Cleaners in the original unopened packaging with the tags still on them from the cleaners. The lady tried to say I had slammed them in the card door which isn't even consistant with the damage. While in City Cleaners two other unhappy customers came in, the front desk staff is rude and the lady who handled my complaint is rude. We spend a lot of money there every year and they have lost my business. I didn't even ask them to replace my drapes, only to refund the cost of cleaning them. So much for the customer always being right!
