Worst experience I've ever had. King room with 1 washcloth&3 tiny thin pillows.wi-fi&room phone didn't work. Room was dirty. No coffee maker. Left to go grab dinner, someone took numbered parking spot when returned. Thin walls & neighbor had tv on all night for us to listen to. Druggie running in &out all night?
I tried to check if they had a room and it said yes. Richard Buttler is my name it was for 0ctober 8th to 9th of October. So I booked it. Than after they charged me. I tried to go to hotel no one answered. So charged 52.80. For no room. Very disappointed lousy service.
Great place..clean rooms awsome service..made my stay better then expected and went above and beyond... thanks guys
well i thought that the rooms were worth the price compared to every other hotel in durango it was not the ritz but for a 20 years plus hotel and new owners thought it was looking better than what it was in the past .... worth the money
